SUPERANNUATION AND FAMILY BENEFITS ACT 1938 SUPERANNUATION AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1997

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive Council on the
recommendation of the Board.
Citation

1.   These regulations may be cited as the Superannuation Amendment Regulations 1997.

Regulation 2 amended

2.    Regulation 2 of the Superannuation Regulations 1959* is repealed.
