I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 92 of the Superannuation Act 1916, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to include the Office of the National Rail Safety Regulator, established under the
Rail Safety National Law (NSW), in the list of employers in Schedule 3 to the Superannuation Act 1916.
This will mean that certain former employees of the Independent Transport Safety Regulator who are
contributors to the State Superannuation Fund whose employment is transferred to the Office of the
National Rail Safety Regulator will continue to be contributors to that Fund for the purposes of that Act.
This Order is made under section 92 of the Superannuation Act 1916.

This Order is taken to have commenced on 20 February 2017 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.
