1916, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The Superannuation Act 1916 provides for certain former permanent employees of the Department of Family and Community Services who become permanent employees of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Launch Transition Agency (NDISLTA) to continue to be contributors to the State Superannuation Fund and covered by the State Superannuation Scheme in certain circumstances.
The object of this Order is to amend the Superannuation Act 1916 to extend this opportunity to former permanent employees of that Department who become permanent employees of the NDISLTA (now trading as the National Disability Insurance Agency) in those circumstances before 1 July 2019 (rather than before 1 July 2016).
This Order is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2016.
This Order is made under section 92 of the Superannuation Act 1916.

Scheme Launch Transition Agency) Order 2018.
2 Commencement
This Order is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2016 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

Schedule 3 List of employers
Omit “limited to those employees who, on or after 4 October 2013, but before 1 July 2016, commenced permanent employment with the National Disability Insurance Scheme Launch Transition Agency immediately following their permanent employment with the Department of Family and Community Services” from the matter relating to the National Disability Insurance Scheme Launch Transition Agency in Part 1.
Insert instead “limited to those employees who, on or after 4 October 2013, but before 1 July 2019, commenced permanent employment with the National Disability Insurance Scheme Launch Transition Agency immediately following their permanent employment with the Department of Family and Community Services”.
