I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 92 of the Superannuation Act 1916, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to include Australian Unity Home Care Service Pty Ltd in the list of employers in Schedule 3 to the Superannuation Act 1916. This will mean that employees of Home Care Service of NSW whose employment is transferred to Australian Unity Home Care Service Pty Ltd pursuant to an order of the Minister for Disability Services will continue to be employees for the purposes of that Act.
This Order is made under section 92 of the Superannuation Act 1916.
