An Act to amend the Superannuation Administration Act 1987 in consequence of the enactment of the Superannuation (Amendment) Act 1988. [Assented to 30 December 1988]

Superannuation Administration (Amendment) 1988

The Legislature of New South Wales enacts:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Superannuation Administration

(Amendment) Act 1988.

Commencement

2 .     This Act shall be taken to have commenced on 1 July 1988.

3. The Superannuation Administration Act 1987 is amended as set out

in Schedule 1.
