An Act to explain The Superannuation Act.'

HEREAS the word emoluments ' occurring throughout The

Wtherefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western AustraliaSuperannuation Act' is liable to be misconstrued : Be it

lative Council thereof, as follows :—
