OF “STATUTORY OFFICE” IN SECTION 3

Citation

1.   This Declaration may be cited as “Statutory Office Declaration No. 1”.

Statutory Offices

2.   Each of the following offices is a statutory office for the purposes of the Superannation Act 1990:

Member of the Inter-State Commission

Coal Industry Tribunal.
