I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 92 of the Superannuation Act 1916, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to amend Schedule 3 to the Superannuation Act 1916 so as to include Parramatta Rail Link Company Pty Limited in the list of employers whose employees are subject to the State Superannuation Fund established under that Act.

This Order is made under section 92 of the Superannuation Act 1916. Section 92 (2) (a) allows the Order to be made with effect on and from a day that is earlier than the day the Order is published in the Gazette.

   This Order is the Superannuation (Parramatta Rail Link Company Pty

   Limited) Order 2001.

2 Commencement

This Order is taken to have commenced on 1 July 2000.

The explanatory note does not form part of this Order.

1. Amendment of Superannuation Act 1916 No 28

   The Superannuation Act 1916 is amended by inserting “Parramatta Rail Link Company Pty Limited” at the end of Part 1 of Schedule 3 (List of employers).
