(L.S.) GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 92 of the Superannuation Act 1916, make the following Order.

Explanatory note

The object of this Order is to amend Schedule 3 to the Superannuation Act 1916 so as to include Eraring Energy in the list of employers whose employees are subject to the State Superannuation Fund established under that Act.

This Order is made under section 92 of the Superannuation Act 1916.

Superannuation (Eraring Energy) Order 2000

1     Name of Order

This Order is the Superannuation (Eraring Energy) Order 2000.

2 Commencement

This Order commences on the date of commencement of the Energy
Services Corporations (Eraring Energy) Regulation 2000.

3 Amendment of Superannuation Act 1916 No 28

The Superannuation Act 1916 is amended by inserting “Eraring

Energy” at the end of Part 1 of Schedule 3 (List of employers).

4 Notes

The explanatory note and the note in this Order do not form part of this Order.
