Superannuation Act 1916—Order

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 92 of the Superannuation Act 1916, do, by this my Order, vary the Order made under that Act relating to the Garvan Institute of Medical Research (as published in Gazette No. 149 on 19 December 1997, pages 10212 and 10213) by omitting the matter “before 1997” and by inserting instead the matter “before 6 March 1998”, and Schedule 3 to that Act is amended accordingly.
