SUPERANNUATION ACT 1916—ORDER

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 92 of the Superannuation Act 1916, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 3 to that Act (List of Employers), to take effect on and from 12 September 1994, by inserting at the end of Part 1 of that Schedule the following name:

Hunter Catchment Management Trust

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The Superannuation Act 1916 requires employers that are listed in Schedule 3 to the Act to make superannuation contributions to the State Superannuation Fund in respect of certain employees. The purpose of this Order is to amend Schedule 3 to include the Hunter Catchment Management Trust as a contributing employer.
