I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 62 of the Superannuation Act 1916, do, by this my Order, amend Part 1 of Schedule 3 to that Act (List of employers), to take effect on and from the date proclaimed for the purposes of section 6 of the Fish Marketing Act 1994, by omitting the reference to the Fish Marketing Authority.

Signed at Sydney, this 9th day of November 1994.

By His Excellency’s Command,

KERRY CHIKAROVSKI, M.P.,

Minister for Industrial Relations and Employment.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
