SUPERANNUATION ACT 1916—ORDER
NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 92 of the Superannuation Act 1916, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 3 to that Act (List of employers), to take effect on and from 1 July 1993, by inserting at the end of Part 1 of that Schedule the following name:
Hawkesbury-Nepean Catchment Management Trust

EXPLANATORY NOTE
Under the Superannuation Act 1916 employers within the meaning of that Act must contribute to the State Superannuation Fund for employees who belong to the Fund. Schedule 3 to the Act lists the employers for the purposes of the Act. Section 92 of the Act authorises the Governor-in-Council, by Order, to amend the Schedule. This Order adds the Hawkesbury-Nepean Catchment Management Trust to the list of employers.
The Order will be taken to have had effect on and from 1 July 1993, the date on which the Hawkesbury-Nepean Catchment Management Trust was constituted under the Catchment Management Act 1989.
