SUPERANNUATION ACT 1916—ORDER

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, do, by this my Order:

(a)	revoke the Order made under the Superannuation Act 1916 published in Gazette No. 7 of 17 January 1992 (p. 271); and
(b)	in pursuance of section 92 of the Superannuation Act 1916 amend Part 1 of Schedule 3 to that Act (List of Employers), to take effect on and from 1 January 1992, by inserting after the name “Water Board” the following name:

Hunter Water Corporation Limited
