SUPERANNUATION ACT 1916—ORDER

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 92 of the Superannuation Act 1916, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 3 to that Act (List of Employers) by omitting from Part 1 of that Schedule the name “Waste Management Authority of New South Wales” and by inserting instead the name “Waste Recycling and Processing Service”.
