SUPERANNUATION ACT 1916—ORDER

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 92 of the Supperannuation Act 1916, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 3 to that Act (List of Employers), to take effect on and from 1st August, 1991:

(a) by omitting from Part 1 of that Schedule the following matter:
