4 Suncorp Insurance and Finance Amendment No. 18, 1993 The Parliament of Queensland enacts— ˙ Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Suncorp Insurance and Finance Amendment Act 1993 . ˙ Amended Act 2. The Suncorp Insurance and Finance Act 1985 is amended as set out in this Act. ˙ Amendment of s.15 (Other officers of Corporation) 3. Section 15(5)(a) (after ‘ disciplinary action against him ’ )— insert ‘ , other than dismissal or suspension from duty, ’. ˙ Amendment of s.16 (Rights of officers previously employed in the Public Service) 4. Section 16(3)— omit .
