PROCLAMATION

summoning the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly

Western Australia

By this proclamation, I, the Governor, acting under the Constitution Act 1889 section 3 —

(a)

fix Parliament House in the City of Perth on Tuesday 29 March 2005 at 11.00 a.m. as the place and time for holding the first session of the Legislative Assembly in the 37th Parliament; and

(b)

fix Parliament House in the City of Perth on Tuesday 29 March 2005 at 2.45 p.m. as the place and time for holding the first session of the Legislative Council in the 37th Parliament.

Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the State on 22 March 2005.
