Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Summary Procedure (Summary Protection Orders)
Regulations 1993.
Commencement
2. These regulations will come into operation on 4 March 1993.
Interstate summary protection orders
3. For the purposes of the definition of an “interstate summary protection order” in section 4 of the Summary Procedure Act 1921, the following laws are declared to be laws corresponding to Part IV Division VII of the Act:
