1—Short title
These regulations may be cited as the Summary Procedure (Restraining Orders) Regulations 1994.
2—Commencement
These regulations will come into operation on 1 August 1994.
3—Revocation
The Summary Procedure (Summary Protection Orders) Regulations 1993 (see Gazette 25.2.1993 p729) are revoked.
4—Interpretation
In these regulations—
the Act means the Summary Procedure Act 1921.
5—Foreign restraining orders
For the purposes of the definition of a foreign restraining order in section 4 of the Act, the following laws are declared to be laws corresponding to Part 4 Division 7 of the Act:

Revocation of regulations
The Summary Procedure (Restraining Orders) Regulations 1994 were revoked by r 3 of the Summary Procedure (Restraining Orders) Regulations 2006 on 8.6.2006.
