1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Summary Procedure (Industrial Offences) Regulations 1992.

2—Commencement

These regulations will come into operation on 6 July 1992.

3—Industrial offences

A summary offence against any of the following Acts is declared to be an industrial offence for the purposes of the Summary Procedure Act 1921:

Boilers and Pressure Vessels Act 1968

Construction Industry Long Service Leave Act 1987

Dangerous Substances Act 1979

Employers Registry Offices Act 1915

Explosives Act 1936

Industrial Relations Act (S.A.) 1972

Lifts and Cranes Act 1985

Long Service Leave Act 1987

Motor Fuel Distribution Act 1973

Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare Act 1986 (except an offence against section 59)

Shearers Accommodation Act 1975

Shop Trading Hours Act 1977

Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1986 (except an offence against section 69, 110, 119 or 120)
