Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Summary Offences (Vehicle Immobilisation Device) Amendment Regulations 2022.

2—Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which they are made.

Part 2—Amendment of Summary Offences Regulations 2016

3—Amendment of regulation 34—Declaration of vehicle immobilisation devices

Regulation 34—after paragraph (c) insert:

(d)the X‑Net.
