Summary Offences (Drug Paraphernalia) Amendment Act 2012

An Act to amend the Summary Offences Act 1953.

The Parliament of South Australia enacts as follows:

Part 1Preliminary1Short title

This Act may be cited as the Summary Offences (Drug Paraphernalia) Amendment Act 2012.

2Amendment provisions

In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a specified Act amends the Act so specified.

3Amendment of section 9B – Sale of drug paraphernalia

Section 9B(7), definition of prohibited item—after paragraph (c) insert:

   an item of a kind prescribed by regulation for the purposes of this definition;
