Made under the Suitors' Fund Amendment Act 2019 section 2(b) by the
Governor in Executive Council.

1.     Citation

This proclamation is the Suitors' Fund Amendment Act 2019
Commencement Proclamation 2020.

2.    Commencement

The Suitors' Fund Amendment Act 2019 sections 4 and 5 come into operation on 1 January 2021.

Note: This proclamation brings into operation the remainder of the Suitors' Fund

Amendment Act 2019.

The Suitors 'Fund Amendment Regulations 2020 come into operation on the day on which the Suitors' Fund Amendment Act 2019 section 4 comes into
