MEREAS it is

expedient to amend the Law relating to l ' r e an~e.

W Verdicts of PUo-de-se-Be it therefore Enacted by the Governor of the Province of South Australia, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council and I-Ionse of Assembly of the

said Province, iu this present Parliament assembled, as follows:

which such interment shall be made, nor to fix the hours between

which such interment shall take place, nor to forbid the rites of

Christian burial at the interment of the remains of such person, nor

shall any forfeiture or escheat to the Crown of any real or personal

property belonging to such person take place by reason of such ver-

dict, any law, statute, or custom to the contrary notwitl~standing.
