PROVISIONAL REGULATIONS UNDER THE EXCISE ACT 1901.

GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that, on account of
urgency, the following Regulations under the

Sugar Regulations.
Regulation No. 21 of the Sugar Regulations (Statutory Rules 1907, No. 101) is hereby amended by the deletion of the words and figures “or 224 lbs.,” and the insertion of the word “or” before the figures “140.”
Drawback Regulations.
Statutory Rules 1906, No. 33, made
on 7th April, 1906, (amending Regulation No. 50 of the Regulations under the
