s1 2 s4 Sugar Industry (Sugar Quality Standards) No. 454, 1996 ˙ Short title 1. This guideline may be cited as the Sugar Industry (Sugar Quality Standards) Guideline 1996 . ˙ Definition 2. In this guideline— “standard” means a standard made by the Corporation and approved by the Minister under the Act, section 114. 1 ˙ Application 3. This guideline applies to sugar delivered by a mill owner to the Corporation if— (a) the owner has been notified of a standard by the Minister under the Act, section 114(4); and (b) the standard applies to the sugar. ˙ Quality of sugar 4.
