This guideline may be cited as the Sugar Industry (Mill Peak Adjustments) Amendment Guideline (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Guideline amended 2. This guideline amends the Sugar Industry (Mill Peak Adjustments) Guideline 1992 . ˙ Amendment of s 2 (Definitions) 3.(1) Section 2, definitions “current aggregate” and “current mill peak” — omit, insert— ‘ “current aggregate” means the aggregate of farm peaks of the home mill specified in the Schedule and expressed in tonnes; “current mill peak” means the mill peak of the home mill specified in the Schedule and expressed in tonnes 94 n.t.; 1 ’. (2) Section 2, definition “farm peak” , paragraph (b), ‘terms (whether it be tonnes of cane, tonnes relative c.c.s. or otherwise)’— omit, insert— ‘way (whether as tonnes of cane, tonnes relative ccs or otherwise) 2 ’. ˙ Replacement of Schedule (Mills) 4. Schedule— omit, insert— 1 ‘n.t.’ is the symbol for ‘net titre’. 2 ‘ccs’ is the symbol for ‘commercial cane sugar’.
