s1 2 s6 Sugar Industry Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2004 No. 307, 2004 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Sugar Industry Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2004 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 January 2005. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Sugar Industry Regulation 1999. 4 Replacement of ss 3–9 Sections 3 to 9— omit, insert— ‘3 Intention to contract—Act, s 20 ‘For section 20(5) of the Act, the prescribed day is 28 February 2005.’. 5 Omission of s 11 ( Dispute resolution process—Act, ss 24, 27, 38, 54, 92, 97 and 219 ) Section 11— omit. 6 Replacement of ss 13–16 Sections 13 to 16— omit, insert— ‘13 Collective contracts—Act, s 237 ‘(1) For the Act, section 237, definition region , each part of the State consisting of the local government areas mentioned in schedule 1 is prescribed. 1 1 The local government areas of Burdekin, Bowen and Cardwell are in more than 1 region.
