s1 2 s4 Sugar Industry Amendment (No. 2) No. 439, 1996 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Sugar Industry Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1996 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Sugar Industry Regulation 1991 . ˙ Amendment of s 6 (Sugar mills and mill regions) 3. Section 6, table, second column, ‘Tully’— omit, insert— ‘Tableland, Tully’. ˙ Insertion of new ss 21 and 22 4. After section 20— insert— ˙ ‘ Establishment of new mill—Tableland Mill ‘ 21. Bundaberg Sugar Ltd is authorised to establish a mill, called the ‘Tableland Mill’, on lot 6 on plan HG604, parish of Culgar, county of Hodgkinson. ˙ ‘ Exemption from controls over agreements—Tableland Mill ‘ 22. A contract or agreement for the supply of sugarcane to the Tableland Mill is exempt from sections 131 and 134 of the Act.’.
