s1 2 s3 Sugar Industry Amendment (No. 1) No. 202, 2000 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Sugar Industry Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2000 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Sugar Industry Regulation 1999 . ˙ Insertion of new s 12A 3. After section 12— insert— ˙ ‘ Issue of shares in STL—Act, s 228N ‘ 12A. For section 228N of the Act— (a) the number and class of shares are— (i) 229 348 203 ‘G’ class shares; and (ii) 130 651 797 ‘M’ class shares; and (b) the day is 2 August 2000.’. ENDNOTES 1.
