Sugar Cane Levy Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, and having considered the relevant recommendations arising out of consultations between the Minister for Primary Industries and Energy and the sugar industry organisations, make the following Regulations under the Sugar Cane Levy Act 1987.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 September 1995.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Sugar Cane Levy Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 3 (Prescribed rate of levy)

3.1   Omit “$0.14”, substitute “$0.15”.
