Pendlebury Clinic and NSWNA/ANF Enterprise Agreement 2010-2012.
[1] An application has been made for the approval of an enterprise agreement titled the Pendlebury Clinic and NSWNA/ANF Enterprise Agreement 2010-2012. An initial reading of the papers filed in support of the application, including certain responses provided as to pre-approval steps (responses which had been agreed by the New South Wales Nurses’ Association/Australian Nursing Federation NSW Branch (“NSWNA/ANF”) in its papers in support of the application), suggested potential difficulties with the application.
[2] In correspondence dated 10 February 2011, some potential matters were raised in a preliminary way prior to listing. I have received advice it was the view of the applicant and the NSWNA the hearing was not required given the consent position as to discontinuance. Given that advice together with the filing of the notice of discontinuance, today’s proceedings have been vacated and the proceedings are now concluded.
