His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following

Explanatory note

Act 2006 for depositing a will in the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court.

The object of this Regulation is to increase (from $125 to $128) the fee that is payable under the Succession regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Succession Amendment (Will Deposit Fee) Regulation 2017.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 July 2017 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Succession Regulation 2015

Clause 4 Fee for deposit of a will

Omit “$125”. Insert instead “$128”.
