The Legislative Assembly for the Australian Capital Territory enacts as follows:
Name of Act
This Act is the Subsidies (Liquor and Diesel) Repeal Act 2000.
Commencement
This Act commences on 1 July 2000.
Repeal
The Subsidies (Liquor and Diesel) Act 1998 No 19 is repealed.
