Application for variation of the Subsea 7 i-Tech Australia Pty Ltd ROV Enterprise Agreement 2016.

[1] Subsea 7 i-Tech Australia Pty Ltd T/A Subsea 7 (Subsea 7) are a party to the Subsea 7 i-Tech Australia Pty Ltd ROV Enterprise Agreement 2016 (Agreement).

[2] The Agreement is a single enterprise agreement.

[3] Subsea 7 have made an application (Application) pursuant to s.210 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (FW Act) to vary the Agreement. The Application was supported by a statutory declaration by Mr James Christie (Mr Christie) confirming that the requirements set out in the FW Act for approval of the variation have been met.

[4] A summary of the variations is attached to this decision at Annexure A.

[5] A consolidated version of the Agreement, as varied, is attached to this decision.

[6] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.210 and 211 of the FW Act as are relevant to the Application for approval have been met.

[7] The variation is approved and will operate from the date of this decision.
