1.Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Water (Application Fees) Regulations 1991[1] for the period specified in regulation 3.
2.Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.
3.Extension of operation
The operation of the Water (Application Fees) Regulations 1991 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 of the
Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 29 January 2002.

1. General Information
The Subordinate Legislation (Water (Application Fees) Regulations 1991 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2000, S.R. No. 139/2000 were made on 19 December 2000 by the Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for Environment and Conservation, under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994, No. 104/1994 and came into operation on 19 December 2000.
The Subordinate Legislation (Water (Application Fees) Regulations 1991 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2000 will sunset 10 years after the day of making on 19 December 2010 (see section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994).
2. Table of Amendments
There are no amendments made to the Subordinate Legislation (Water (Application Fees) Regulations 1991 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2000 by statutory rules, subordinate instruments and Acts.
