1Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Transfer of Land (Fees) Regulations 2004, which would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5(1) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994, for the period specified in regulation 3.
2Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 5A and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.
3Extension of operation
The operation of the Transfer of Land (Fees) Regulations 2004[1] is extended for the period beginning on 21 September 2014 and ending on 20 September 2015.
4Expiry
These Regulations expire on 21 September 2015.

1. General Information
The Subordinate Legislation (Transfer of Land (Fees) Regulations 2004) Extension Regulations 2014, S.R. No. 130/2014 were made on 16 September 2014 by the Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for Planning, under sections 5A and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994, No. 104/1994 and came into operation on 16 September 2014.
The Subordinate Legislation (Transfer of Land (Fees) Regulations 2004) Extension Regulations 2014 will expire on 21 September 2015: see regulation 4.
2. Table of Amendments
There are no amendments made to the Subordinate Legislation (Transfer of Land (Fees) Regulations 2004) Extension Regulations 2014 by statutory rules, subordinate instruments and Acts.
