1Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Transfer of Land (Fees) Regulations 1993[1] for the period specified in regulation 3.
2Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate LegislationAct 1994.
3Extension of operation
The operation of the Transfer of Land (Fees) Regulations 1993 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 of the Subordinate LegislationAct 1994 and ending on 11 October 2004.

1. General Information
The Subordinate Legislation (Transfer of Land (Fees) Regulations 1993 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2003, S.R. No. 112/2003 were made on 30 September 2003 by the Governor in Council under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994, No. 104/1994 and came into operation on 30 September 2003.
The Subordinate Legislation (Transfer of Land (Fees) Regulations 1993 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2003 will sunset 10 years after the day of making on 30 September 2013 (see section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994).

There are no amendments made to the Subordinate Legislation (Transfer of Land (Fees) Regulations 1993 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2003 by statutory rules, subordinate instruments and Acts.
