Regulations 1997

The Governor in Council, on the certificate and
recommendation of the Minister for Small Business, makes
the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to extend the
operation of the Retail Tenancies Regulations

19871 for 12 months.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 5 and

28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.

3. Extension of operation

The operation of the Retail Tenancies Regulations 1987 is extended from the date of their revocation
