Regulations 1996

The Governor in Council, on the certificate and
recommendation of the Minister for Sport, makes the
following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to extend the
operation of the Professional Boxing Control

Regulations 1986 for 12 months.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 5 and

28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.

3. Extension of revocation date

The operation of the Professional Boxing Control their revocation under section 5 of the

Subordinate Legislation (Professional Boxing Control
Regulations 1986 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 1996
