1      Name of Order

This Order is the Subordinate Legislation (Postponement of Repeal) Order (No 3)
2017.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Postponement of repeal of certain statutory rules

The repeal, by section 10 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989, of the following statutory rules is postponed from 1 September 2017 to 1 September 2018:

(a) Parramatta Park Trust Regulation 2012,
(b) Passenger Transport (Drug and Alcohol Testing) Regulation 2010.
