I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989, do by this my Order, postpone from 1 September 2016 to 1 September 2017 the date on which the Independent Commission Against Corruption Regulation 2010 is repealed by section 10 of that Act.
