Repeal) Order (No 3) 2015

Subordinate Legislation Act 1989

DAVID HURLEY, Governor

I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989, do by this my Order, postpone from 1 September 2015 to 1 September 2016 the date on which the following statutory rules are repealed by section 10 of that Act:

(a)	Apprenticeship and Traineeship Regulation 2010,
(b)	Independent Commission Against Corruption Regulation 2010.
