1      Name of Order

This Order is the Subordinate Legislation (Postponement of Repeal) Order (No 2)

2019.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Postponement of repeal of certain statutory rules

The repeal, by section 10 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989, of the following statutory rules is postponed from 1 September 2019 to 1 September 2020—

(a) Co-operatives (New South Wales) Regulation 2014,
(b) Crimes (Administration of Sentences) Regulation 2014,
(c) Crimes (Forensic Procedures) Regulation 2014,
(d) Dust Diseases Tribunal Regulation 2013,
(e) Fiscal Responsibility Regulation 2013,
(f) Game and Feral Animal Control Regulation 2012,
(g) Heritage Regulation 2012,
(h) Industrial Relations (Public Sector Conditions of Employment) Regulation 2014,

(i) Public Interest Disclosures Regulation 2011,

(j) Sydney Cricket Ground and Sydney Football Stadium By-law 2014,
(k) Water NSW Regulation 2013.
