Act 1989, make the following Order.

1      Name of Order

This Order is the Subordinate Legislation (Postponement of Repeal) Order (No 2)
2018.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Postponement of repeal of certain statutory rules

The repeal, by section 10 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989, of the following statutory rules is postponed from 1 September 2018 to 1 September 2019:

(a) Dust Diseases Tribunal Regulation 2013,
(b) Fair Trading Regulation 2012,
(c) Government Advertising Regulation 2012,
(d) Parramatta Park Trust Regulation 2012,
(e) Ports and Maritime Administration Regulation 2012,
(f) Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust Regulation 2013,
(g) Rural Fires Regulation 2013.
