1      Name of Order

This Order is the Subordinate Legislation (Postponement of Repeal) Order (No 2)
2015.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Postponement of repeal of certain statutory rules

The repeal, by section 10 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989, of the following statutory rules is postponed from 1 September 2015 to 1 September 2016:

(a) Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) (Child Employment) Regulation 2010,
(b) Coroners Regulation 2010,
(c) Guardianship Regulation 2010,
(d) NSW Trustee and Guardian Regulation 2008.
