1      Name of Order

This Order is the Subordinate Legislation (Postponement of Repeal) Order (No 2)
2014.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Postponement of repeal of certain statutory rules

The repeal, by section 10 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989, of the following statutory rules is postponed from 1 September 2014 to 1 September 2015:

(a) the Industrial Relations (Child Employment) Regulation 2006,
(b) the Protection of the Environment Operations (Waste) Regulation 2005.
