Subordinate Legislation Act 1989

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989, do by this my Order, postpone from 1 September 2013 to 1 September 2014 the date on which the Native Vegetation Regulation 2005 is repealed by section 10 of that Act.
