1      Name of Order

This Order is the Subordinate Legislation (Postponement of Repeal)
Order (No 2) 2012.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Postponement of repeal of certain statutory rules

The repeal, by section 10 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989, of the statutory rules listed in Schedule 1 is postponed from 1 September 2012 to 1 September 2013.
